For Valentines Day Jordan and I went to dinner at Elements with Mom, Dad, B, and Ashley. The food was amazing! Mom and Dad were disappointed in the ambiance though. They went last year and said they didn't have nearly as many decorations.

We went down to salt lake for Stacies birthday. Dad even came too! We took her bed down for her new house. It has taken a long time to get finished but it looks really cute now. After dropping of her bed we all went out to lunch. Dad as been watching a lot of diners, drive-ins, and dives on the food network channel. They had one featured in salt lake city, so of course we had to go. It is called the blue plate and I would definitely go there again. I had a rebuen sandwich with onion rings that was amazing! Sadly Jordan had to work and couldn't come down with us :(

I decided that blogging was a better way of scrap booking. So its time to start it up again. The best thing this month is that Jordan got accepted into the MBA program at Utah State! yay! He will graduate this May with his bachelors degree. He will have his hands full these next few months trying to finish up his undergrad and beginning graduate school at the same time.
